Investigation into the death of Win Rozario
OSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Win Rozario, who died on March 27, 2024 following an encounter with members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in Queens. OSI has released videos from body-worn cameras that the NYPD officers were equipped with during the incident.
