STATEMENT FROM OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL ANDREW M. CUOMO

Attached is Executive Order Number 17 making former Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye Independent Counsel to the Office of the New York Attorney General.

Chief Judge Kaye will be responsible for overseeing the investigations concerning the David Johnson domestic violence incident and the Yankees ticket matter.
