Using the Law: A Roadmap for Local Reorganization

The Attorney General's New N.Y. Government Reorganization and Citizen Empowerment Act ("Empowerment Act") empowers citizens and local governments to find ways to reorganize, modernize and find efficiencies for their local communities. The Attorney General’s proposal contains no mandates, simply local options for reform. In essence, it's up to you. However, let the Attorney General's office help you get started.
